Carl Ship has wide ranging experience in the business and health care fields. A graduate of Northeastern University's College of Pharmacy, Carl started his career as a Registered Pharmacist and became a Manager for Medi-Mart, then a Div. of the Stop and Shop Companies.  He later entered the distribution business and served in various capacities, including  Executive Vice President for several companies in that industry.

Laura Steverman received her education at the University of Vermont and has worked in the medical field for 25 years. Her transcription experience dates back to 1980 when she began transcribing for a small group of physicians. This single-person cottage industry steadily expanded into a multi-specialty medical transcription organization servicing some of Boston's major teaching hospitals. Currently Laura supervises the hiring, training, and quality control for MediType.
